As families face the reality of loss, we offer bereavement support before and after a patient’s passing. This includes grief counselling, follow-up support, and compassionate guidance through the mourning process. Our approach acknowledges that grief is personal and non-linear, and we walk alongside families as they process loss at their own pace, helping them find stability and hope during a challenging time.

Recognizing the importance of faith, beliefs, and personal values, we also provide spiritual guidance upon request. Whether through prayer, reflection, or connection with spiritual leaders of the family’s choosing, we respect and support each family’s spiritual needs with sensitivity and dignity.

In addition, we focus on family caregiver education and empowerment, ensuring that those providing day-to-day care feel confident and capable. We offer practical training, guidance on symptom management, medication support, safe patient handling, and self-care for caregivers.
